Drug and Alcohol Consortium

Under federal law 49 CFR Part 382, drivers in most states who operate a CDL vehicle, a vehicle weighing over 26,001 lbs GVWR, a vehicle that transports 8+ passengers or hazardous material, must be enrolled in a random drug and alcohol testing policy. This is a yearly policy and must be renewed every 12 months.
